Please note that the aid station for the 50 km course that was formerly at the far end of the course at the end of Madeley Road in previous seasons is now at Lunch Lake. The course itself has not changed. Please see the 50 km map (update posted on February 19, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.) for further details.

The Nordic Racers Ski Club are back again this year as the official volunteer sponsors! This allows us to provide our volunteers with much needed nourishment and various swag to thank them for their efforts. Thanks Nordic Racers!

In memory of special people who made significant contributions to the local Nordic ski community, we are launching two new awards in the 15 km distance. In 2018 we lost local ski pioneer Sigge Bjorklund, and in 2019 volunteer extraordinaire Cheryl Morningstar.

They will be recognized with prizing and perpetual trophies. There will be a $200 gift certificate to Coast Outdoors for the top adult male/female 15 km racers in honour of Sigge’s generous support for young racers and enthusiasm for the sport. There will be a $125 gift certificate to Coast Outdoors for the top male/female in the 18 to 13 age group in honour of Cheryl’s tireless work with children and youth ski programs.
