The Payak is sanctioned by Cross Country B.C. and follows the provincial organization’s policy regarding the use of fluorinated (“fluoro”) waxes. This product is a known carcinogen and contains “forever chemicals” that affect the environment. We have no way to monitor their use, therefore, this is a self-policing policy. Fluoro glide waxes are not permitted. Fluoro grip waxes are acceptable but not grip powders.
